How the tax break works

The scheme is a voucher scheme and you will need to apply for a voucher to redeem against your goods when you go to collect them from a local participating bicycle shop.

To obtain your voucher you need to:

  1. Print off a Bike to Work Ltd Quote From from the Bike to Work Microsite for your employer
  2. Pick one of Bike to Work’s 250 Partner Bike Shops and get a quote for the bike and accessories
  3. Enter your details and the details of your quote on the Bike to Work Microsite for your employer
  4. Download the Purchase Agreement from your employer’s Microsite, print it, sign it and forward it to your HR contact.
Once payment is received by Bike to Work we will email you a voucher code with which you can collect your bike.
